Rodney Earl McCray (ur. 29 sierpnia 1961 w Mount Vernon) – amerykański koszykarz, skrzydłowy, mistrz NBA, zaliczany do składów najlepszych obrońców NBA[1].

Został wybrany w drafcie 1983 roku z numerem 3 przez zespół Houston Rockets. W tym samym drafcie został też wybrany jego starszy brat - Scooter McCray, który trafił do Seattle SuperSonics, wybrany z numerem 36[2]. Kilka lat wcześniej, jeszcze podczas występów na University of Louisville, obaj bracia zdobyli - mistrzostwo NCAA (1980)[3].

9 listopada 1988 roku wyrównał niechlubny rekord NBA, oddając 15 niecelnych rzutów z gry, bez ani jednego trafienia w całym meczu[4].

Jest jednym z ponad 40 zawodników w historii, którzy zdobyli zarówno mistrzostwo NCAA, jak i NBA w trakcie swojej kariery sportowej[5].
