Roger Joseph Alexis Toubeau (ur. 31 marca 1900 w Frameries, zm. 14 marca 1970 tamże) – belgijski polityk i samorządowiec, deputowany krajowy i europejski.
Życiorys
Był m.in. dyrektorem kooperatywy drukarskiej Mons-Borinage. Udzielał się także jako muzyk w zespole górniczym L'Avenir oraz śpiewak, aktor i reżyser. W okresie II wojny światowej aktywny w ruchu oporu[1]. Zaangażował się w działalność Belgijskiej Partii Socjalistycznej. Pomiędzy 1944 a 1969 pełnił funkcję burmistrza rodzinnego Frameries. Od 1954 do 1968 wchodził w skład Izby Reprezentantów[2], zaś od 1961 do 1968 był oddelegowany do Parlamentu Europejskiego.
