Roman Konrad Kaszta (ur. 2 lutego 1920 w Katowicach, zm. 7 stycznia 1974 w NRD[1]) – polski lekkoatleta, specjalizujący się w biegach płotkarskich.
Kariera sportowa
Reprezentant Pogoni Katowice (1937–1939).
W 1939 r. reprezentował Polskę w meczu międzypaństwowym z Litwą, odnosząc zwycięstwo w biegu na 400 m przez płotki.
Osiągnięcia
- Mistrzostwa Polski seniorów w lekkoatletyce
- Warszawa 1938 – brązowy medal w biegu na 400 m przez płotki, 4. miejsce w sztafecie 4 x 400 m
- Poznań 1939 – srebrny medal w biegu na 400 m przez płotki, brązowy medal w sztafecie 4 x 400 m
