Rząd Sebacinales utworzyli M. Weiss, M.A. Selosse, Karl-Heinz Rexer, Alexander Urban i Franz Oberwinkler w 2004 r. Typem nomenklatorycznym jest rodzaj Sebacina Tul. & C. Tul. 1871[1] Według Index Fungorum bazującego na Dictionary of the Fungi do rzędu Sebacinales należą[2]:
