Seneffe (waloński Sinefe) – miejscowość i gmina (commune) w Belgii, w Regionie Walońskim, w prowincji Hainaut, w okręgu Soignies. 1 stycznia 2024 r. liczyła 11 624 mieszkańców na powierzchni 63,77 km².

11 sierpnia 1674 roku rozegrała się tu bitwa podczas wojny Francji z koalicją.

W latach 1965–1981 w Seneffe działała fabryka samochodów należąca do British Motor Corporation, następnie British Motor Holdings i ostatecznie British Leyland[2][3].
