Sezamki

Sezamek – cukierek lub ciastko wykonane z ziaren sezamu[1]. Tradycyjnie jako słodkie spoiwo dla uprażonych nasion wykorzystuje się cukier lub miód. W produkcji masowej stosuje się też syropy: glukozowy[2][3], glukozowo-fruktozowy[4], ryżowy[3] etc.
