Silent Night Fever – pierwszy studyjny album szwedzkiego melodic death metalowego zespołu Dimension Zero. Wydawnictwo ukazało się 14 maja 2002 roku nakładem wytwórni płytowej Regain Records[11]. Nagrania zostały zarejestrowany jesienią 2001 roku w Phlat Planet w Göteborgu we współpracy z Andersem Fridén'em. Mastering wykonał Göran Finnberg w The Mastering Room[12]. Okładkę przygotował Niklas Sundin, gitarzysta zespołu Dark Tranquillity[12].

Tytuł albumu jest nawiązaniem do filmu Gorączka sobotniej nocy (ang. Saturday Night Fever) w reżyserii Johna Badham'a. Chociaż wydawnictwo nie stało się dużym sukcesem komercyjnym, ale otrzymało pozytywne recenzje ze strony krytyków i pozwoliło to zespołowi zagrać kilka koncertów w Japonii i Korei Południowej[9][6][7]. Album został wydany w Japonii przez Toy's Factory z dodatkowym utworem "Helter Skelter", będącym coverem z repertuaru The Beatles[1].
