Soling – klasa łodzi żaglowej, zaprojektowana przez norweskiego inżyniera Jana Hermana Lingego, z ożaglowaniem typu slup (ze spinakerem)[1].
Soling był monotypem balastowym. Do Igrzysk Olimpijskich dopuszczono go w 1972[1].
