Spirogerman (spirogermanium, S 99 A, SPG, Spiro-32) – syntetyczny, organiczny związek germanu hamujący syntezę DNA, RNA i białek, mający więc potencjalne działanie przeciwnowotworowe. Zakończone zostały badania kliniczne II fazy dotyczące zastosowania związku w chemioterapii nowotworów narządów płciowych kobiet[1], glejaków[2], zaawansowanego raka gruczołowego sutka[3], raka płuc innego niż drobnokomórkowy[4], przerzutów raka płuc[5], przerzutów czerniaka złośliwego[6], zaawansowanego raka nerkowokomórkowego[7], przerzutowych nowotworów przewodu pokarmowego[8], chłoniaków[9] i przerzutów albo wznowy raka żołądka[10]. Jak dotąd, nie rozpoczęto żadnego badania klinicznego III fazy. Innymi możliwymi zastosowaniami spirogermanium są leczenie reumatoidalnego zapalenia stawów[11] i choroby Chagasa[12]. Lek wywołuje odwracalne objawy neurotoksyczne i pneumotoksyczne i podawany jest dożylnie.
