Takeuchi (jap. 株式会社竹内製作所 Kabushiki-gaisha Takeuchi Seisakujo) – japoński producent maszyn budowlanych.
Przedsiębiorstwo zostało założone w Sakaki 21 sierpnia 1963 roku. Jej pierwszym prezesem był Akio Takeuchi.
