Wegaf albo Wegef, lub Ugaf) – pierwszy władca XIII dynastii.
Prawdopodobnie sprawował rządy w latach 1776–1774 albo 1794–1792, lub 1759–1757 p.n.e. (Franke). Według Papirusu turyńskiego władzę sprawował dwa lata, trzy miesiące i 23 dni. Objął rządy po bezpotomnej śmierci Neferusobek. Być może był spokrewniony z władcami XII dynastii. Imię króla wymienione jest również na tablicy królewskiej w Karnaku. Znany jest także ze steli i posągu, znalezionego w Karnaku, steli z Mirgissa oraz posągu z Semna w Nubii. Wzmianki o tym władcy znaleziono również w świątyni Montu w Medamud na bloku Amenemhata VII. Prawdopodobnie zanim wstąpił na tron był jednym z dowódców wojskowych.
