Adam Pifko znany również jako Pivko był bezrobotnym obywatelem Polski. Urodził się 15 grudnia 1987r. W 2006r założył po raz pierwszy mafię paliwową która rozpadła się w 2008r. Drugą mafię założył 13 sierpnia 2021r z Mirosławem Okoniem, jego współpracownicy to Karol Pierog, Wacław Fogiel, Stanisław "ogór" Shocik, "Pioter", Borys Bimberek, Bogdan Król, Tomasz Wódeczka. Adam był złapany przez policje około 10 razy z czego raz uciekł. Rekordowa grzywna Adama wynosiła 20000 tysięcy złotych. Najbardziej brawurowa ucieczka była w dniu 31 sierpnia 2021 roku, wraz z Karolem Pierogiem uciekli z kontroli policyjnej i z prędkością 185km na godzine rozbili się o pomnik. Nigdy nie byli za to złapani.
