Kariera klubowa
W dniu 30 sierpnia 2023 roku Sylla podpisał dwuletni kontrakt z Royal Charleroi SC i początkowo został przydzielony do drużyny rezerwowej Zébra Élites[1].
5 stycznia 2025 Youssuf Sylla dołączył na zasadzie wypożyczenia do końca sezonu do klubu Eredivisie Willem II Tilburg, z opcją transferu definitywnego[2].
31 sierpnia 2025 Sylla podpisał trzyletni kontrakt z występującą w PKO Bank Polski Ekstraklasie Jagiellonią Białystok[3].
