Acidosasa edulis adalah spesies bambu yang berasal dari Tiongkok.[1] Tanaman ini dibudidayakan untuk diambil rebungnya yang dapat dimakan di provinsi Fujian, Zhejiang, dan Jiangxi, dengan hasil panen mencapai 20.000 kilogram per hektare.[2]
