Tropicos adalah basis data Botani daring berisikan informasi taksonomi pada tumbuhan, kebanyakan berada di wilayah neotropis (Amerika Tengah, dan Amerika Selatan). Dikelola oleh Taman Botani Missouri dan dirilis 25 tahun yang lalu. Basis data nya berisikan taksonomi dan data Bibliografi lebih dari 4.2 juta contoh herbarium. Tambahan, situs ini berisikan lebih dari 49,000 publikasi ilmiah. Data pada situs ini tersedia dalam Bahasa Inggris, Prancis, dan Spanyol. Data paling lama tercatat pada tahun 1703.[1]
