Al-Malihah (bahasa Arab: المليحة, juga disebut al-Mleha atau Al Mulayhah) adalah sebuah kota di selatan Suriah, yang secara administratif menjadi bagian dari Kegubernuran Rif Dimashq, terletak di pinggiran timur Damaskus sampai barat Jaramana, di wilayah Ghouta. Wilayah-wilayah terdekatnya meliputi 'Aqraba, Deir al-Asafir, Zabdin, Kafr Batna dan Babbila. Menurut Biro Pusat Statistik, al-Malihah memiliki populasi sejumlah 23,034 pada sensus tahun 2004.[1] Kota tersebut juga merupakan pusat administratif nahiyah Al-Malihah, yang terdiri dari delapan kota dan desa yang memiliki kombinasi populasi sebesar 56,652.[1]
