Amaranthus mitchellii umumnya dikenal sebagai amaranth Mitchell[1] atau boggabri weed. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari keluarga Amaranthaceae. Tanaman ini umumnya berguna dan disebut "dapat dimakan".[2]

Tumbuhan ini membutuhkan tanah yang berpasir dan lembap serta sinar matahari penuh.[2]
Lokasi
Tanaman ini ditemukan terutama di Australia, di Queensland dan Victoria.[2]
Karakteristik
