Anna Paulowna adalah sebuah bekas gemeente Belanda yang terletak di provinsi Holland Utara. Pada tahun 2004 daerah ini memiliki penduduk sebesar 13.953 jiwa.
Nama Anna Paulowna adalah nama istri raja Willem II dari Belanda; Anna Pavlovna. Anna Pavlovna berasal dari Rusia dan kota ini dinamakan begitu untuk menghormatinya.
Sejak 2012, Anna Paulowna menjadi bagian dari munisipalitas baru dari Hollands Kroon.
