Anna Pavlovna (sering ditulis sebagai Anna Paulowna; 18 Januari 1795 – 1 Maret 1865) adalah istri Raja Willem II dari Belanda. Mereka menikah pada tanggal 21 Februari 1816.
Anna adalah putri tsar Paul I dan saudari tsar Alexander I.
Willem II dan Anna mendapat 3 tiga anak: Willem III dari Belanda, Pangeran Hendrik dari Luxemburg dan Sophie.
Orang Belanda menyebutnya "Anna Paulowna" dan kota Anna Paulowna dinamakan begitu untuk menghormatinya.
