Apionichthys nattereri adalah sebuah spesies sole dalam keluarga Achiridae.[2] Spesies tersebut dideskripsikan oleh Franz Steindachner pada 1876, awalnya dimasukkan dalam genus Solea.[1] Spesies tersebut hidup di Sungai Amazon. Spesies tersebut memiliki panjang standar maksimum 234 cm (92 in).[2]
Karena kurangnya ancaman besar yang diketahui dari spesies tersebut, A. nattereri kini dinyatakan sebagai spesies kurang berresiko oleh IUCN redlist.[3]
