Abraham Yousif, yang lebih dikenal sebagai Ashur Yousif (Yousef) atau Ashur Yousif Afendi (bahasa Suryani: ܐܫܘܪ ܝܘܣܦ ܐܦܢܕܝ) (1858 – 23 Juni 1915), adalah seorang profesor dan intelektual Asiria sebelum Perang Dunia I dan genosida Asiria. Ia adalah penganut Protestan,[1][2][3] karena istrinya, Arshaluys Oghkasian, adalah putri dari pendeta Protestan Armenia.[4]
Yousif merupakan salah satu korban terawal genosida Asiria, kala ia dan saudaranya Donabed ditangkap bersama dengan para pemimpin Asiria lainnya dan dibunuh. Sejak itu, ia menjadi dikenal sebagai salah satu advokat nasionalisme Asiria terkuat dan terawal.
