Muhammad Assem Qanso (bahasa Arab: عاصم قانصوه, kelahiran 1937 di Baalbek) adalah seorang politikus Lebanon. Ia adalah mantan pemimpin Partai Ba'ath Lebanon.
Karier politik
Qanso bergabung dengan Ba'ath Lebanon pada 1953. Pada masa perang Lebanon, Ba'ath Lebanon terbagi dalam dua kelompok: kelompok pro-Irak dan kelompok pro-Suriah. Qanso merupakan seorang pro-Suriah.
