Beauprea filipes adalah spesies semak atau pohon dalam keluarga Proteaceae.

Spesies ini dideskripsikan oleh Friedrich Richard Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1906.[2] Dalam bahasa Prancis, nama umumnya adalah Hêtre Blanc.[1]

Distribusi

Beauprea filipes adalah endemik di bioma tropis basah Kaledonia Baru.[3] Spesies ini umum ditemukan di hutan dan semak belukar di seluruh Grande Terre. Spesies ini ditemukan pada ketinggian 150–950 meter (490–3.120 ft). Estimasi area okupansinya adalah 112 kilometer persegi (43 sq mi).[1]

Deskripsi

Beauprea filipes adalah semak atau pohon.[3] Tanaman ini tumbuh setinggi 15–2 meter (49,2–6,6 ft).[4]

Konservasi

Pada tahun 2021, IUCN menilai Beauprea filipes sebagai spesies Risiko Rendah (Least Concern). Spesies ini tidak dilindungi oleh undang-undang, namun keberadaannya tercatat di kawasan lindung, termasuk Mont Panié.[1]
