Cytochrome P450-DIT2 atau CYP56A1 adalah satu dari hanya tiga enzim P450 yang ditemukan pada jamur ragi roti (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), dua lainnya adalah CYP51F1 (ERG11) dan CYP61A1 (ERG5) dalam jalur biosintesis ergosterol.[1] CYP56A1 diduga mengatalisis oksidasi residu tirosina dalam pembentukan L,L-ditirosina, sebuah prekursor dinding spora.[2]
