Chen Zhili (Hanzi: 陈至立; kelahiran November 1942)[1] adalah seorang pensiunan politikus senior Republik Rakyat Tiongkok, yang menjabat sebagai Penasihat Negara dan Menteri Pendidikan dan Wakil Ketua Kongres Rakyat Nasional. Ia menjadi wakil ketua komisi organisasi Olimpiade Beijing 2008.
