Cherokee Supplement adalah blok Unicode yang mengandung karakter silabis untuk penulisan bahasa Cherokee. Saat Cherokee pertama kali masuk Unicode di versi 3.0, blok ini dianggap sebagai abjad unikameral, tetapi di versi 8.0 statusnya diubah menjadi aksara bikameral. Blok Cherokee Supplement mengandung huruf kecil saja, sedangkan blok Cherokee mengandung semua huruf besar ditambah enam huruf kecil.
