Danau Great Slave (bahasa Inggris: Great Slave lake, bahasa Prancis: Grand lac des Escalves) adalah sebuah danau di Kanada yang terletak di Wilayah Barat Laut. Danau ini merupakan danau yang terdalam di Amerika Utara. Panjangnya 469 km dan lebar 20 hingga 203 km. Ini mencakup area seluas 27.200 km² di bagian selatan wilayah itu.
Kota-kota yang terletak di danau termasuk Yellowknife, Hay River, Behchokǫ̀, Fort Resolution, Łutselk'e, Hay River Reserve, Dettah, dan Ndilǫ.
