Sungai Mackenzie (bahasa Slavey: Deh-ChoTemplat:Pronunciation-needed, sungai besar atau bahasa Inuvialuktun: Kuukpak, sungai besar) adalah sistem sungai terbesar dan terpanjang di Kanada, dan hanya dilampaui oleh sistem Sungai Mississippi di Amerika Utara. Sungai ini mengalir melalui wilayah terisolasi yang luas dari hutan dan tundra sepenuhnya dalam Yukon dan Northwest Territories, meskipun banyak anak sungainya mencapai ke empat provinsi dan wilayah Kanada lainnya. Batang utama sungai berjalan 1.738 kilometer (1.080 mi) arah utara ke Samudra Arktik, mengaliri daerah yang luasnya hampir seukuran Indonesia.
