Peronema adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Lamiaceae, pertama kali dideskripsikan pada tahun 1822. Ia hanya mengandungi satu spesies yang diketahui, Peronema canescens, yang berasal dari Thailand, Malaysia, Kalimantan, Sumatra, dan Jawa .[2][3] Tanaman ini lebih dikenal dengan nama daun sungkai dan banyak tumbuh di hutan Kalimantan.
