Davidia involucrata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Nyssaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang yang tersebar mulai dari China bagian selatan-tengah (hingga Hunan barat). Nama ilmah Davidia involucrata diperkenalkan oleh Henri Ernest Baillon pada tahun 1871.[1]
