Demokrat Bourbon adalah sebuah istilah yang dipakai di Amerika Serikat pada akhir abad ke-19 (1872–1904) untuk merujuk kepada para anggota Partai Demokrat, biasanya Selatan, yang secara ideologi bersekutu dengan konservatisme atau liberalisme klasik, khususnya orang-orang yang mendukung para kandidat presiden Charles O'Conor pada 1872, Samuel J. Tilden pada 1876, Presiden Grover Cleveland pada 1884–1888/1892–1896, dan Alton B. Parker pada 1904.
