Demokrat Kiri (bahasa Italia: Democratici di Sinistra, DS) adalah sebuah partai politik sosialis-demokrat di Italia.[2][3][4] Berposisi di kiri-tengah,[5] DS, penerus Partai Demokrat Kiri (PDS) dan Partai Komunis Italia, dibentuk pada tahun 1998 setelah penggabungan PDS dengan beberapa partai kecil. Sebagai anggota koalisi Pohon Zaitun, DS berturut-turut dipimpin oleh Massimo D'Alema, Walter Veltroni, dan Piero Fassino, dan bergabung dengan Democracy is Freedom – The Daisy dan sejumlah partai kecil kiri-tengah untuk membentuk Partai Demokrat pada Oktober 2007.[6]
