Denis Olegovich Istomin (lahir 7 September 1986) adalah seorang pemain tenis profesional asal Uzbekistan. Ia memenangkan dua gelar tunggal (di Aegon Terbuka Nottingham 2015 dan Chengdu Terbuka 2017)[2][3] dan meraih peringkat tunggal dunia No. 33 pada Agustus 2012. Pada Januari 2017, ia mengalahkan juara bertahan Novak Djokovic dalam putaran kedua Australia Terbuka.[4]
