Dioscorea deltoidea, yang dikenal sebagai uwi Nepal (bahasa Inggris: Nepal yam), adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Dioscoreaceae. Jangkauan aslinya membentang dari Himalaya hingga Tiongkok bagian tengah-selatan dan daratan Asia Tenggara.[1][2] Umbinya mengandung diosgenin dan dipanen oleh penduduk setempat sebagai pengobatan untuk berbagai kondisi, termasuk gangguan pencernaan dan cacing usus.[3] Umbi ini juga dimakan setelah direbus, dicuci, dan dipanggang.[4] Tanaman ini tumbuh di hutan dan tanah yang kaya humus.[5]
