Dioscorea barclayi R.Knuth

Dioscorea floribunda, yang dikenal sebagai medicinal yam (ubi obat) atau mule's-hoof, adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Dioscoreaceae.[2] Tumbuhan ini ditemukan mulai dari Meksiko tengah hingga Amerika Tengah bagian utara.[1] Tanaman ini dibudidayakan secara komersial karena kandungan diosgenin-nya.[3][4]
