Dioscorea wallichii adalah sejenis geofit berumbi yang merambat dari keluarga Dioscoreaceae. Spesies ini berasal dari Bangladesh, Tiongkok, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, dan Thailand.[1] Spesies ini memiliki satu umbi silindris yang dapat dimakan dengan panjang sekitar 1 meter dan lebar 3-6 sentimeter. Umbi tersebut berwarna putih saat masih muda, dan menjadi kuning serta berserat setelah tua.[2]

Kegunaan

Umbinya dapat dimakan setelah direbus dan dicuci.[1]
