Empat provinsi, wilayah ibu kota dan dua wilayah otonom di Pakistan terbagi ke dalam 39 "divisi" administratif, yang lebih lanjut dibagi kembali menjadi distrik, tehsil dan akhirnya dewan persatuan. Divisi-divisi tersebut dihapuskan tahun 2000, tetapi dikembalikan lagi tahun 2008.
