Djakfar Ahmad (lahir 5 September 1940) adalah Wali Kota Banda Aceh periode 1978 - 1983. Selain sebagai politikus, ia merupakan pengamat politik dan ekonomi. Sebelum itu, ia juga aktif di organisasi pemuda seperti Perkumpulan Pemuda Rakyat Aceh, dan juga menjabat sebagai ketua Perhimpunan Rakyat Aceh.
