Dutch TT 1949 adalah balapan ketiga dari Grand Prix Sepeda Motor musim 1949. Itu terjadi pada akhir pekan tanggal 9 Juli 1949 di sirkuit Assen.
Pembalap Italia Nello Pagani memenangkan balapan 500 cc mengendarai Gilera dari Leslie Graham dan Arciso Artesiani. Pagani juga memenangkan balapan 125 cc dengan Gilera yang lebih kecil yang membuatnya menyelesaikan Kejuaraan Dunia 125 cc pertama setelah memenangkan dua balapan 125 cc pertama dengan hanya satu balapan tersisa.
Begitu pula dalam memenangkan balapan 350 cc pembalap Inggris Velocette Freddie Frith, setelah meraih skor sempurna 33 poin dari tiga balapan pertama menjadi Juara Dunia Sepeda Motor 350 cc pertama.
