Dwe (Ꚁ ꚁ; italik: Ꚁ ꚁ) adalah sebuah huruf dalam Alfabet Kiril. Huruf ini memiliki fitur visual, yakni garis vertikal atas atau diakritik penaikan seperti layaknya dengan Ge dengan penaikkan (Ґ ґ Ґ ґ) pada bagian sudut kanan atas dari huruf De (Д д Д д).
Dwe digunakan pada bahasa Abkhaz untuk penulisan konsonan letup rongga-gigi bersuara yang terbibirkan /dʷ/ pada sistem penulisan Kiril lama. Huruf ini dituliskan sebagai Де pada alfabet baru.
