Eli Fletcher (15 Desember 1887 – 6 Agustus 1954) adalah seorang pemain sepak bola asal Inggris. Dia bermain sebagai bek kiri dan bermain untuk Manchester City antara 1911 dan 1925. Ia tampil untuk tim 303 kali dan mencetak 2 gol.
Pada 1919 ia menjadi kapten City & berperan dalam perekrutan Tommy Johnson. Dia adalah kapten pertama City yang bermain dalam pertandingan pertama di Maine Road stadion. Dia ditransfer ke Watford pada usia 38, bermain 25 pertandingan untuk klub. Setelah pensiun sebagai pemain, Fletcher kembali ke Maine Road sebagai staf pelatih.
