Epsilon Cephei (ε Cep / ε Cep) adalah bintang tipe F0 dan memiliki magnitudo tingkat keempat (4.18) pada rasi Cepheus. Epsilon Cephei adalah bintang kuning keputihan yang berada pada 85 tahun cahaya Bumi.

Etimologi

Bintang ini sering disebut dengan nama tradisionalnya, yaitu Phicares, nama Funisia untuk rasi Cepheus yang berarti "Penjinak Api". Nama lain yang diberikan oleh para astronom adalah
