Mimulus arenarius | |
Erythranthe arenaria, sebelumnya Mimulus arenarius, yang juga dikenal sebagai sand-loving monkeyflower, adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga.[1] Tumbuhan ini merupakan tanaman asli California timur di Amerika Serikat, tempat ia ditemukan di pegunungan Sierra Nevada bagian tengah dan selatan.[2] Sand-loving monkeyflower biasanya ditemukan di "dataran berpasir, gosong pasir, alur sungai, dasar sungai musiman" di daerah kaki bukit dan High Sierra.[3]
Spesimen tipe tanaman ini dikumpulkan dari dekat Danau Huntington di Kabupaten Fresno, pada tahun 1917.[4] Tumbuhan ini dipindahkan dari genus Mimulus ke genus Erythranthe pada tahun 2012.[4]
