Eutheria adalah salah satu dari dua klad dalam takson yang memuat mamalia berplasenta (placental), sebagaimana manusia. Nama "Eutheria" berasal dari bahasa Yunani, eu-: "dengan baik berkembang", dan ther: "binatang buas". Eutheria diperkenalkan oleh Thomas Henry Huxley tahun 1880. Semua Eutheria adalah mamalia plasental. Anggota Eutheria dapat ditemukan di semua benua dan samudra.
