Ginalloa adalah genus dari mistletoe parasit yang ditemukan di Asia selatan dan tenggara. Berbagai spesiesnya ditemukan di Kepulauan Andaman dan Sri Lanka, Filipina, Malaysia, pulau Kalimantan, pulau Jawa dan Provinsi Papua di Indonesia, Papua Nugini, termasuk Kepulauan Bismarck, Myanmar, Laos, dan Thailand. Genus ini termasuk dalam famili Santalaceae (karena famili ini mencakup Viscaceae). Ginalloa arnottiana, yang dideskripsikan oleh Pieter Willem Korthals pada tahun 1839, adalah spesies tipe.
