Brigadir Jenderal TNI (Purn.) Grandy Mangiwa (lahir 15 Juni 1965) adalah seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AD yang terakhir kali menjabat sebagai Dirjianbang Secapaad.[1]
Grandy, merupakan lulusan Akademi Militer B tahun 1988. dan mahir dalam bidang Infanteri (Kopassus). Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Kepala Staf Korem 044/Garuda Dempo.
