Gugus vanilil

Dalam kimia organik, gugus vanilil (juga dikenal sebagai vaniloil) adalah gugus fungsional. Senyawa yang mengandung gugus vanilil disebut "vaniloid", diantara termasuk vanilin, asam vanilat, kapsaisin, asam vanililmandelat, dll.[1][2]
