Guo Songtao (Hanzi: 郭嵩焘, juga ditulis 郭崧濤; Pinyin: Guō Sōngtāo; Wade–Giles: Kuo Sung-t’ao; 11 April 1818 – 18 Juli 1891) adalah seorang diplomat dan negarawan Tiongkok pada zaman dinasti Qing. Ia adalah salah satu emisaris luar negeri pertama yang dikirim ke luar negeri oleh pemerintah Qing, sebagai hasil dari Restorasi Tongzhi.
