Kolonel Inf. (Purn.) Habzen Sianturi, S.I.P., M.M. (lahir Mei 1965) adalah seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AD yang terakhir kali menjabat sebagai Kepala Staf Korem 031/Wirabima.
Habzen merupakan lulusan Akademi Militer 1991[1] dan mahir dalam bidang Infanteri. Jabatan terakhirnya adalah Wakil Komandan Resimen Induk Kodam I/Bukit Barisan.
