Hena hena (Calyptrocalyx spicatus) adalah tumbuhan palem dari Indonesia. Hena-hena ditemui di Kepulauan Maluku dan Australia Utara.[4] Buahnya yang muda, dipakai untuk menggantikan pinang (Areca catechu). Buah yang masak terasa agak pahit.[4]
